Mapless Buried Treasure
HardOverworldLocate buried treasure chests without using explorer maps by reading chunk coordinates from the F3 screen. Buried treasure always generates at chunk coordinate 9, ~, 9, making it predictable once you know the chunk.
When to Use
When you spawn near a beach and want iron/TNT/heart of the sea quickly without wasting time on maps.

Step-by-Step Guide

Find a beach
Locate a sandy beach biome near spawn.

Open F3
Press F3 and note the 'Chunk' coordinates in the debug screen.

Navigate to chunk 9,9
The buried treasure always generates at block position (chunk_x * 16 + 9, ~, chunk_z * 16 + 9).

Dig down
Dig at the calculated coordinates. The chest is typically 1-3 blocks below the surface.

Loot the chest
Collect iron ingots, TNT, food, and heart of the sea.
