SpeedRunIGT

The standard in-game timer mod for Minecraft speedrunning. SpeedRunIGT displays accurate in-game time on screen and records splits for each phase of a speedrun. It is required for official speedrun submissions.

Purpose

Provides accurate in-game timing and split tracking, required for submitting runs to speedrun.com.

Setup Guide

Download the SpeedRunIGT .jar file from the GitHub releases page.

Place the .jar file in your Minecraft mods folder (requires Fabric mod loader).

Install the Fabric mod loader if you have not already (download from fabricmc.net).

Launch Minecraft with the Fabric profile. SpeedRunIGT will automatically load.

Configure the timer position and display options through the mod settings menu (accessible from the title screen).

Set up split categories if desired (the mod can track splits like Nether Entry, Fortress, Stronghold, etc.).

The timer automatically starts when you create a new world and stops when the credits begin.

Notes

SpeedRunIGT is mandatory for all official speedrun submissions on speedrun.com for Java Edition. The mod does not affect gameplay in any way; it only provides timing information. Make sure to use the version that matches your Minecraft and Fabric versions.
